About the founder
Leadership Extension was created to bridge a gap I saw in both business and government: frontline leaders are expected to drive results,
but they often need practical tools for communication, accountability, and leading through change.
My professional background in marketing and communication, as well as my elected role, shapes how I teach leadership—because leadership succeeds or fails by how well people understand the message, the plan, and what “good” looks like.
My programs are built for real teams and real constraints: busy managers, frontline supervisors, cross-department collaboration,
and high expectations from customers—or residents. Whether you’re running a company team or working in a municipal organization,
the goal is the same: develop leaders who can communicate clearly, reduce friction, and move work forward.

During the discovery phase, we will review any current leadership training, marketing plans, people development plans, budget plans, or any other plans that may exist before offering input on how to enhance your organization.
Together, we will review your company’s current goals, set new goals, and map out a strategy. We will then ensure that this strategy cascades through different departments.
